HOW THE SKIN CLUB WORKS

01. Choose your membership

Explore the Bronze, Silver and Gold options and select the membership that best suits your skin goals, preferences and lifestyle.
Not sure which to choose? Contact Sasha for guidance before subscribing.

02. Set up your monthly payment
Your subscription is paid by secure monthly Direct Debit, managed through GoCardless.
You'll authorise the recurring payment once during sign-up, and your chosen membership amount will then be collected automatically each month.
You don't need to remember to make a manual payment.

03. Book your skin appointments
Once your first payment has been successfully collected and your membership is active, we can arrange your first appointment.
Your regular combined skin treatments are scheduled approximately every six weeks.

Monthly billing does not mean monthly treatment appointments.
Your payment date and treatment dates are separate, allowing your treatment schedule to follow appropriate skin recovery intervals.
Appointments must be booked and confirmed individually.

04. Enjoy your membership benefits
Bronze members enjoy regular combined skin treatments.
Silver members receive their additional Seventy Hyal maintenance benefits after six and twelve successful monthly payments.
Gold members receive their additional injectable maintenance benefits after six and twelve successful monthly payments, alongside quarterly brow and lash maintenance after every three successful payments.

What we all want to know

FAQ's

Do I receive a treatment every month?
Not necessarily. Your subscription is paid monthly, but combined microneedling and dermaplaning appointments are generally scheduled every six weeks.
This is intentional, allowing suitable recovery time between treatment sessions.
Over twelve months, the membership provides for up to nine combined skin appointments.

Why are payments monthly if appointments are every six weeks?
Monthly payments are simply a convenient way of spreading the cost of your membership.
They are not individual appointment payments.
Your skin treatment schedule operates independently from your billing date.

Can I have microneedling and dermaplaning together?
Yes. Your combined skin appointment is designed to incorporate both services.
However, treatment combinations are always subject to a professional skin assessment. Depending on your skin's condition, sensitivity or other clinical factors, Sasha may recommend adapting or separating treatments.
Your skin's safety and suitability will always come first.

Can I join if I've never had microneedling before?
Yes, subject to consultation and suitability.
Your skin history, treatment goals and any relevant contraindications will be reviewed before treatment.

Can I join Silver or Gold without previously having Seventy Hyal?
You may discuss the membership, but the included Seventy Hyal treatments are intended for maintenance, however some skin boosters are better than none.
Any clinically recommended initial course must be completed separately unless previously discussed and is not included in the membership price.

When can I redeem my injectable treatments?
Silver and Gold injectable maintenance benefits become available after six and twelve successfully paid membership months.
They are not available immediately upon subscription.
For example, once your sixth monthly payment has successfully cleared, your first eligible maintenance treatment can be arranged, subject to suitability and availability.

Can I combine different treatments in one appointment?
Where clinically appropriate, selected treatments may be combined during the same visit.
However, some treatments require separate appointments, spacing or specific recovery periods.
Your appointment structure will always be based on clinical suitability rather than convenience alone.

Are the quarterly brows and lashes included in all memberships?
No. The combined brow wax and tint, plus lash tint, is exclusive to Gold membership.
This benefit becomes available after every three successfully paid months.

Will I need a patch test?
Yes, where required. Tint services are subject to our patch-testing policy, even if you have previously had similar treatments elsewhere.

What if I can't attend my appointment?
Please provide as much notice as possible so we can rearrange your visit. However, like gym memberships, if you dont attend, you will not get the benefits. You will not be able to indefinitly postpone treatments. It is a 12 month membership contract you are entering.
Appointments are subject to our cancellation policy, and repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may affect membership bookings.

Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, subject to availability.
If you decide you'd like additional benefits, contact StudioTwenty2 to discuss moving to another tier.
Additional benefits and their qualifying periods will be explained before your membership changes.

Can I pause my membership?
If illness, medical treatment, pregnancy or another significant circumstance affects your ability to attend, please contact us.
We'll discuss the most appropriate and fair options based on your circumstances, treatment eligibility and payments already made.

How do I cancel?
You can request cancellation by contacting StudioTwenty2 directly.

These terms explain how The Skin Club operates, including monthly payments, treatment eligibility, appointment scheduling and cancellation.
1. Membership and eligibility
1.1. The Skin Club is a recurring treatment membership operated by StudioTwenty2.
1.2. Membership is available to clients aged 18 or over, subject to consultation and treatment suitability.
1.3. Membership is personal to the named subscriber and cannot be transferred, gifted or shared.
1.4. Treatments may only be provided following the necessary consultation, medical history review and informed consent.
1.5. StudioTwenty2 reserves the right to decline or postpone a particular treatment where clinically appropriate, with any resulting membership adjustment or refund handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
2. Membership fees and payments
2.1. Membership fees are:
• Bronze: £71.50 per calendar month.
• Silver: £93.17 per calendar month.
• Gold: £119 per calendar month.
2.2. Payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit through GoCardless.
2.3. By subscribing, members authorise recurring payments for their selected membership until the subscription is cancelled.
2.4. Membership becomes active following confirmation of the first successful payment.
2.5. Subscription payments and treatment booking dates operate independently. A monthly payment does not entitle a member to an additional skin appointment each calendar month.
2.6. Where payments fail or remain outstanding, access to new membership benefits and treatment bookings may be suspended until the account is brought up to date. Members will be informed and given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
2.7. Any future changes to membership pricing will be communicated in advance, with the option to cancel before a price increase takes effect.
3. Skin treatment entitlement
3.1. Bronze, Silver and Gold include combined microneedling and dermaplaning appointments normally scheduled at intervals of approximately six weeks.
3.2. A continuously active membership provides for up to nine combined skin appointments within a twelve-month period.
3.3. Skin appointments may not be booked more frequently than the recommended treatment interval without clinical approval.
3.4. All appointments are subject to availability and must be arranged and confirmed separately.
3.5. Treatments may be adapted, postponed or separated where necessary for clinical safety.
3.6. Membership is intended to support ongoing treatment maintenance rather than the accumulation of multiple treatments for use in a single period.
4. Silver membership benefits
4.1. Silver includes up to two Seventy Hyal 2ml maintenance treatments during each twelve-month qualifying period.
4.2. The first treatment becomes available after six successful Silver membership payments.
4.3. The second becomes available after twelve successful Silver membership payments.
4.4. Subsequent eligible maintenance treatments follow the equivalent six-month qualifying cycle while Silver membership remains active.
4.5. Initial treatment courses are excluded and must be completed separately where clinically recommended.
4.6. All injectable treatments are subject to consultation and suitability.
5. Gold membership benefits
5.1. Gold includes the combined skin appointments described above, plus:
• Two Seventy Hyal 2ml maintenance treatments per twelve qualifying paid months.
• Two Signature Eye Revive maintenance treatments per twelve qualifying paid months.
• One combined brow wax and tint, plus lash tint, after every three qualifying paid months.
• Personalised skin planning and advance booking arrangements.
5.2. The first Seventy Hyal and Signature Eye Revive maintenance benefits become available after six successful Gold membership payments.
5.3. The second set becomes available after twelve successful Gold membership payments.
5.4. Brow and lash benefits become available after three, six, nine and twelve successful Gold membership payments, and follow the same qualifying cycle thereafter.
5.5. Initial injectable courses are excluded.
5.6. Eye-area, skin booster and tint treatments are subject to suitability, medical assessment and any necessary patch testing.
5.7. Advance booking is subject to normal clinic availability and does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time.
6. Treatment suitability and results
6.1. Every treatment is subject to individual assessment.
6.2. StudioTwenty2 may recommend alternative timing or decline treatment where there are contraindications, skin irritation, infection, medical concerns or other safety considerations.
6.3. No particular cosmetic result can be guaranteed. Individual responses vary.
6.4. Members must provide accurate health information and inform StudioTwenty2 of any relevant changes to their medical history, medication, pregnancy status or skin condition.
7. Appointment changes and cancellations
7.1. Members are asked to provide at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
7.2. Late cancellations and non-attendance may affect the treatment entitlement where this is reasonable and proportionate to the loss incurred under the clinic's published appointment policy.
7.3. Where StudioTwenty2 cancels an appointment, members will be offered a suitable rearrangement without losing the appointment benefit.
7.4. Requests to rearrange appointments for medical reasons will be assessed fairly and individually.
8. Changing membership tiers
8.1. Members may request an upgrade or downgrade by contacting StudioTwenty2.
8.2. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation of the revised monthly payment.
8.3. Qualifying months for tier-specific benefits are counted from the start of payment into the relevant tier. Previous payments into a lower tier do not automatically qualify a member for enhanced benefits.
8.4. Any already-earned and unused benefits will be reviewed and handled fairly when a membership changes.
9. Cancelling membership
9.1. Membership operates on a continuing monthly basis until cancelled. There is no fixed minimum membership term under this proposed arrangement.
9.2. Members may cancel at any time by contacting StudioTwenty2.
9.3. Where possible, please contact us before your next scheduled collection so the cancellation can be processed before another payment is initiated.
9.4. Cancellation stops future membership payments and future benefits from accruing once the membership ends.
9.5. Any unused, paid-for or already-earned treatment entitlement will be reviewed fairly upon cancellation, including any refund or alternative arrangements required by law.
9.6. Cancelling a Direct Debit directly with your bank stops the payment authorisation. Members should also notify StudioTwenty2 so their treatment account and any outstanding entitlements can be reconciled.
10. Cooling-off rights and refunds
10.1. Where a membership is purchased online or at a distance, applicable statutory cancellation rights, including the usual fourteen-day initial cooling-off period for service contracts, will be respected.
10.2. If a member expressly requests treatment to begin during the cooling-off period, any amount payable for services already provided will be calculated in accordance with applicable law.
10.3. Refunds and any unused advance payments will be handled fairly in accordance with consumer protection law.
10.4. Nothing in these terms affects the member's statutory rights.
11. Membership availability and changes
11.1. Membership places may be limited to preserve appointment availability and the clinic's personalised approach.
11.2. Bronze membership is initially limited to ten places.
11.3. Any material changes to membership benefits will be communicated in advance, with appropriate options provided to affected members.
