A little little deep dive about me, and the love behind StudioTwenty2 🤍
Welcome to StudioTwenty2. Whether you’re already a familiar face in the clinic or you’ve just found your way here, I’m so pleased you’re here.
I’m Sasha, the founder of StudioTwenty2, an advanced aesthetic practitioner and, away from the treatment room, mum to Maici & Luxton.
I wanted my first blog post to introduce the person behind the business and share a little of what StudioTwenty2 means to me, what you can expect when you visit, and the values behind the care I offer.
The person behind StudioTwenty2
Being a mum and running a business means life is full, with plenty of lovely moments and the usual juggling behind the scenes. Like many of you, I know how easily your own needs can slip to the bottom of the list when there’s always something else to do or someone else to think about.
I also know that how we feel about ourselves can change from day to day. Sometimes we feel confident and comfortable; other times, we need a little space, kindness and time to feel like ourselves again.
That understanding shapes the atmosphere I want to create at StudioTwenty2. I want you to feel comfortable arriving exactly as you are. You can come in for a chat, enjoy a quieter appointment or simply take a little time out while someone looks after you.
What I do
At my home-based clinic, I offer aesthetic, skin, lash and brow treatments, bringing together my love of skin, attention to detail and an individual approach to every client.
Your appointment might be about refreshing your skin, enhancing your natural features, or enjoying the difference a beautiful set of lashes or freshly styled brows can make to your everyday routine.
Whatever brings you through the door, our starting point is a conversation. I want to understand what you’re hoping for, what matters to you and how a treatment might fit into your life.
I love helping clients understand their options, including what a treatment can realistically achieve and the care involved afterwards. You should have space to ask questions and feel informed before making a decision.
A little honesty about beauty
I love this industry, but I also believe there’s room for more honesty within it.
Real skin has texture. It has pores, fine lines, little hairs and days when it feels more unsettled than usual. I have my own skin concerns too, so I understand how easy it can be to focus on the things we wish were different.
The images we see online can make ordinary, healthy skin feel as though it needs correcting. Here, I want to keep expectations grounded in real life. We can care for our skin and enjoy aesthetic treatments while still being kind to the face we see in the mirror.
My approach centres on thoughtful choices, realistic expectations and results that feel right for the individual. There’s no single look everyone should be working towards.
The StudioTwenty2 ethos
For me, a good appointment begins with feeling listened to.
I want StudioTwenty2 to be a place where you feel welcomed, respected and comfortable asking anything. Where recommendations have a clear reason behind them, and you have the time and information you need to decide.
Sometimes that might mean working gradually towards a goal. Sometimes it might mean keeping things simple or discussing why a particular treatment may not be suitable for you. Honest advice is an essential part of looking after someone properly.
The calm surroundings and little details matter to me because they help make your visit feel special. At the heart of it all, though, is the relationship we build and the trust you place in me.
StudioTwenty2 is about personal care, considered treatments and helping you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin.
Thank you for being here and for getting to know a little more about the person behind the business. I’m looking forward to sharing more on this blog: treatment insights, skincare conversations, a few glimpses behind the scenes and the occasional moment from life outside the clinic.
Whether you’re visiting for the first time or coming back for your regular appointment, I look forward to welcoming you.
With love,
Sasha 🤍
